Suzanne’s Dance studio was started by Suzanne Burroughs in June, 2009. (We’re almost a year old!)

 

We are located at 1393 George Washington Way, Richland, WA 99354 in the Richland Uptown Center, just upstairs of the Adventures Underground bookstore.

 

Joining Suzanne are instructors Marlie Buriak, Nilce Alvarez, Holly Campbell, and Autumn Bunce.  Each of us has our own unique approach to teaching dance with rich years of experience to back us up and a sincere love for what we do. As a whole, Suzanne’s Dance  Studio is a fun and educational place for dancers of all ages to come learn new techniques, polish their style, and have a great time while doing it!

 

We have a lot of classes to choose from: Musical Theatre Summer Camps,  World Music and Dance Camps, Nurturing Pathways Baby, Waddler, and Toddler classes, Creative Dance for Pre-School Kids, Adult Jazz, Dramatic Dance, and Yoga as well as Zumba Gold, Swing Dance, Belly Dance, Contemporary, Stretch, and more - so you’re bound to find something to enjoy.

Pre & Post Natal Yoga is no longer being offered on Fridays, it is now being combined with Family Yoga on Mondays at 7:00 pm

We had our Ribbon Cutting to celebrate our new sign on Friday, June 4th. It was a great success! Folks from the City of Richland’s Chamber of Commerce were there, and  Doug Strong, the City of Richland’s Parks and Recreation Director officiated.

 

Most of Suzanne’s family who live in the Tri-Cities were there (her kids were in school). We took lots of pictures, munched on Sunshine Rolls catered by the Emerald of Siam, and a great time was had by all.
